Tim is proud to have such an incredible and diverse instructor team. Even though the team unifies around his SINGING MASTERY VOCAL METHOD, they each have their own specialties. Collectively, Tim and his staff have degrees in classical voice, musical theatre, jazz and have worked as professional singers in almost every style of singing.

Administrator
All the way from Alberta, Canada! Raya has been with the TWVS team since February 2017! She oversees scheduling and handles various administrative tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Raya has been working as a Virtual Assistant since 2014 and has worked with clients from different parts of the world. She also manages the admin side of their family-owned roofing business in Alberta. When she’s not busy with work, you’ll often find her singing or playing one of her favorite instruments—music is her happy place!

AILYN
Scheduling Assistant
Meet Ailyn, a scheduling assistant at Tim Welch Vocal Studio. She’s one of the first points of contact for students, handling lesson schedules.
With five years of experience as a virtual assistant, Ailyn knows how to keep things efficient. Outside of work, she’s been a singer since childhood and has been performing as a band vocalist since 2010—a passion that adds a creative spark to everything she does.

MUTLU BASCILLAR
Studio Events Coordinator
Mutlu has years of experience in professional management, event coordination and the implementation of organization systems. Mutlu is also an amazing Crossfit athlete and nutritionist. Tim is so honored to have her on staff.
