In your voice journey session, we will focus on allowing you to explore your relationship with your voice and all that comes with it, whether it is a story that you carry with you about how it should sound, not good enough, etc. It allows you to discover your body as an instrument. The basic components are centering , breath, sound, and singing, accompanied by exploring and sharing.
